Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a graphic designer to create visual content that supports our communications and campaigns. This is an unpaid role. Contributors who consistently deliver strong work can take on more creative ownership, help define the visual style, and move into higher-responsibility positions. Scope: Design graphics for social media, posts, stories, and other digital materials Create visuals that stay on-brand and support key messages Adapt designs across formats and platforms Collaborate with the team on briefs and revisions Requirements: Experience in graphic design (portfolio required) Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual communication Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Adobe, Figma, Canva, or similar) Results and consistent quality open the door to greater responsibility and influence.
