The charter
The charter is the rulebook of the movement. It exists before any leader and outlasts them all. It is changed by member vote, not by leadership decree.
The system outlasts any person
Other parties rise and fall around personalities. DYM3 is different. Our charter, our law book, and our public treasury are the backbone. Leaders emerge from the movement through contribution and activism, and they remain bound by the rules and laws members create.
The values that guide us
These are the core principles of the movement. They are the reason we exist.
Empowered participation
Every verified citizen has the right to vote, propose policies, and shape the movement's direction. Influence grows through constructive contribution, not status.
Merit-based influence
Influence is earned through participation, skill, and contribution. Wealth and connections cannot buy a louder voice.
Citizen-led proposals
Policies and laws are proposed, debated, and ratified by members. The journey from idea to national platform is the lifeblood of the movement.
Dynamic governance
The movement adapts through public referendums, ranked-choice voting where appropriate, and thresholds that match the impact of each decision.
Absolute transparency
Decisions, aggregate votes, and finances are publicly auditable. Individual votes stay private to prevent coercion, but the system itself is open.
Unity and resilience
The system is designed to bridge divides, resist manipulation, and keep the movement coherent even under pressure.
The promises the platform keeps
These promises are built into the system itself. No leader can change them alone.
Every verified member has exactly one equal vote. No one gets extra weight, and no one votes twice.
Donations are public and capped in effect. Money cannot put someone on the ballot — only contribution, skill, and the movement’s trust can.
The longer ago a contribution was made, the less it counts. Today’s active member can always rise, and inactive influence slowly fades.
A compliance vote can remove a nomination for one cycle, but it cannot strip membership. Your place in the movement stays yours.
Rules and amendments
The day-to-day rules that keep the movement fair. Members can update these through a charter vote.

A member may vouch that named family and friends will join. A provisional grant is clawed back if they do not join within the window or an admin cancels it.
